Job Description: Motus Autoworx, a dynamic leader in the vehicle repair industry is looking, is inviting applications from honest, trustworthy and highly responsible candidates with experience Customer Service to apply for the position of Customer Service Agent at our Jet Park branch.
Position Overview: To deliver exceptional customer experience by managing all front-line communication between customers, insurers, and the workshop.

Minimum Experience:
- 2 Years and more of relevant experience
- Experience dealing with insurance claims preferred
Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12
Minimum Requirements:
- Customer Service or Business Administration qualifications
- Experience in automotive retail environment
- Basic understanding of panel shop workflow (advantageous)

- On-time customer update compliance.

- Customer complaint resolution rate.
- Vehicle turnaround communication accuracy.
- Conduct post-repair customer satisfaction follow-ups.
- Maintain daily communication with estimators and workshop teams.
- Monitor approval turnaround times and escalate delays.
- Communicate insurance outcomes clearly to customers.
- Liaise with insurance companies, brokers, and assessors.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required.
