Job Description: Looking to SHIFT YOUR CAREER to an established and highly successful Automotive Dealership? Auto Pedigree is looking for an F & I assistant with at least 1 year of motor industry experience and the relevant regulatory and legislative compliance. Th successful candidate will be based at our N1 city branch.
Position Overview: To ensure that all administrative tasks in respect of Finance and Insurance sales in the Branch are effectively carried out and concluded through effective interaction with customers, the sales department, Regional Manager and administrative department while at all times enhancing customer satisfaction.
Minimum Experience:

Minimum Experience:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience working as a F&I at a dealership
Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12
Minimum Requirements:
- Highly proficient in Excel with a fair knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
- NCA Compliance
Important to note: successful candidate will need to be willing to work weekends and/or overtime from time to time for month end if required to do so.
Job Outputs:
- To assist with loading of financial applications.
- Assist the F&I Manager with general administrative duties and filling as required.
- Must ensure that all Financial and Insurance (F&I) administrative functions are at all times followed by all branches in the region.
- Ensure that all documents, quotes etc are prepared / returned on time.
- Responsible to keep record of all applications received along with its outcome.
- Ensure that the established document flow checking system is adhered to and ensure that all deal folders are seen and assessed.
- Assist in all F&I functions in such a way that sales and profits to the dealership are maximized at all times and assisting in the selling of value-added products and directly supporting sales staff.
- Assist in ensuring that the dealership receives maximum profit on each transaction.
- Maintain and enhance all customers’ perceptions of the dealership insofar as service is concerned.
- Ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of all products available.
- Assist the F&I Manager in ensuring that all customers are assisted in the completion of all administration and documentation.
